Read 'HISTORY.DOC' for a list of new features in File Download Counter
Version 2.70 since your last update.
MAX= in the FDC.CFG is now MAX-FILES=, and the parameter MAX-LINES has
been added. Please be aware of these critical changes.
A new parameter TEXT= has been added to the FDC.CFG file. *PLEASE*
see the new FDC.CFG for examples on it's usage, and editing!
This parameter will allow users to customize the "<#> times downloaded."
to just about anything they would perfer!
Always run your prior version of FDC one last time just before upgrading
to ensure the 'Last Run Date' pointers are not lost when upgrading the
FDC.CFG file.
Perodically delete your FDC.DAT file, it can grow to a large size and
slow FDC if it is not deleted.

After you have configured the FDC.CFG file to your needs you need
to run File Download Counter with the /START command line option
to initialize FDC. An example starting for the first time would be
'FDC.EXE /START'. After proper initialization the command is only
'FDC' for updating.
Please read the documentation, File Download Counter can be simple
or complicated for sophiscated custom configurations.
